According to the information given by the sources, Redmi Note 4 remains the top selling smartphone in India in the last quarter followed by Redmi 4. Looking at the success of the smartphone, Xiaomi has now announced an open sale for the Redmi 4 smartphone as well. It has gone on sale via Amazon India.

Only the Xiaomi Redmi 4 64GB variant with 4GB of RAM is available on open sale. This variant is priced at Rs 10,999. The other two variants – 16GB with 2GB RAM priced at Rs 6,999, and 32GB with 3GB RAM priced at Rs 8,999 will go on sale on August 29 at 12:00PM. Just like previous sales, Xiaomi will be offering free subscription to Hungama Music and Hungama Play for 12 and three months respectively. The Mi Case will be available for Rs 349, while the Mi headphones will be available for Rs 599. Xiaomi is also offering authorized damage protection plan for the Redmi 4 with prices starting from Rs 599.

Earlier this month, Xiaomi India head, Manu Kumar Jain announced an open sale for the Redmi Note 4 smartphone keeping in mind its wide popularity. The smartphone is available via open sale on mi.com and Flipkart. Xiaomi aims to sell 7 million units of the Redmi Note 4 by the end of this year. So far, the company has sold 5 million units.
