New Delhi: After Ashwani Lohani was appointed as the Chairman of Railway Board in the recent past, Rajiv Bansal will be the upcoming interim Chairman and Managing Director of Air India.

Bansal, who holds the position of Additional Secretary & Financial Adviser at Ministry of petroleum will be the interim CMD of Air India for 3 months or until further orders, a circular by the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet said.
